Economic Case for the Project
The economic case for the Project is equally strong. The Fiscal Impact Analysis prepared by Teska Associates, Inc. dated May 11, 2007, which is included in our submittal, states that the fiscal surplus to the Village will be approximately $225,612 per year, while the benefit to school districts will be approximately $1,605,201 per year. These are recurring benefits—brought about by responding to housing needs of a population segment that is generally not enrolling large numbers of school age children in the school system.
