Assembling the Property

Please refer to the plat of survey [see above image] prepared by Gremley & Biedermann, dated June 7, 2007, order no. 2007-08706-001 (the "Survey") of the YMCA Parcel and LGPD Parcel (collectively, the "Property"). On the Survey, the YMCA Parcel is identified as "Parcel 1", while the three parcels comprising the LGPD Parcel are identified as Parcel 2, Parcel 3 and Parcel 4.

The north-south segment of Locust Avenue forms the east boundary of the Property and includes on-street parking spaces. Immediately to the east of this segment of Locust Avenue, there is a Park District-owned parking lot that serves Gordon Park.

Shawmut Avenue is a vacated street now owned by the Park District that bisects the Property—and that could potentially link up with the north-south segment of Locust Avenue.

The northwest corner of the YMCA Parcel (a part of Parcel 1 on the Survey) extends into Shawmut Avenue and meets up with Parcel 4 of the LGPD Parcel. Upon acquiring the Property, Atlantic Realty is proposing to dedicate this land area lying within Shawmut Avenue to the Village of LaGrange (the "Village")—and proposes that this dedication occur simultaneously with an intergovernmental agreement pursuant to which the Park District and the Village would swap certain parcels - with the end result that the Village will re-open Shawmut Avenue as a public street and complete the linkage to the north-south segment of Locust Avenue, while the Park District will own an additional parking lot bay serving Gordon Park, east of Locust Avenue. The exchanged parcels are very nearly the same square footage, approximately .8 acres

When the Property is fully assembled and after Atlantic Realty makes the necessary dedications to the Village, the Property's net site area will be 309,368 square feet, or 7.102 acres.
